Feeling exotic - how 'bout some cocoa butter for your lips?

Here at Blooming Tree Soaps we use delectable cocoa butter as one of the ingredients in our lip balms for several reasons. It provides structure to the lip balm, no one wants a gooey mess when applying a lip product right? Cocoa butter provides rigidity, if you will, to the product, making it hard enough not to melt but also supple because of its richness and creaminess. According to CosmeticsInfo.org: Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter temporarily protects injured or exposed skin from harmful or annoying stimuli and may provide relief to the skin. Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter also slows the loss of water from the skin by forming a barrier on the skin's surface (source)

We also add beeswax, shea and mango butters, olive oil, castor oil, coconut oil and babasu oil. All mixed in perfect quantities to create a spreadable, firm, "pleasure on your lips" lip balm. Flavored with essential oil blends - Blooming Tree lip balms are just a joy on your lips.
